A bit under the weather....

Been feeling a little sick the last few days.. nothing major just a cold.. stuffy head, cough and just generally unwell...so sorry i haven't been much of a blogger!!!

We have a wedding to go to on Saturday so I'm hoping I'm all cleared up by then.. Ive even been to sick to SHOP!!!...lol.. so tomorrow I'm heading out to find a dress... wish me luck!!!

nothing much else has beening happening so i will just post some layouts i done over the past weekend...

first lot are for my DT challenge at Arty Pants.. we where given a whole heap of scrapbooking Australia xmas papers....

The xmas ball stand... is a HUGE TOTAL scraplift from this months For Keeps.....

And a couple of layouts i done last Saturday morning.....

Ive been giving my heat gun a bit of a work out the last few days..lol.. been a while since i heat embossed on a layout!!!... and I'm liking it!!!!

I was also meant to take part in Karen Ridgeways online class on Monday... but i had to change all the prices at the shops.... ( Mark runs a chicken and butcher shop...) took me all morning too!!!

So I'm yet to complete the layout.. but that's next on my scrapping list...lol....

I'm also taking part in Jen Halls online class on Friday night... can't wait for that!!!!!

My Baby Girl......

took her FIRST THREE STEPS today...I'm so excited!!!!
here are a couple of pics... so hard to take photos of a walking baby...lol...

My mission now... to take better photos of Jorja walking....lol... so except more photos soon....

Not much else has been happening... just a bit of scrapping....

First one is A challenge for Arty Pants... to use ONLY cardstock!!... nothing else... boy this was hard... we could use stamps, paints etc but no embellishments....

I'm not too happy with how it turned out... but happy that i done it... Great challenge!!!!

This is a photo ME (right), My brother (far left) and our next door neighbours growing up Kylie and Catherine... way back in 1982!!!!!

I made that paper pattern all by my self....lol.....

I have had this TRAY sitting around the house for ages now.. so i set the kiddies up in a xmas photo shoot the other day so i could do an xmas tray.... tell me what u think....

went a bit crazy with the glitter... but i LOVE it......

A bit of a garage sale and a little giveaway!!!!

I have been doing a little spring cleaning around the house the last couple of day.... so fun!!!

Mainly cleaning Jorja's room as i brought her a new set of drawers!! and i can across a bag of stuff!!!.........lol...

first....

all 3 are BRAND NEW still in there packet!!!

next we have.....lol...

A FISKARS card embossing system... you get the TRAY.. the CELEBRATE stencil and a STYLUS.... BRAND NEW never been opened.. but the packages are a little bit worn... all for the bargain price of $5... i have two of these.... postage at your cost also.....

and ......

A wooden change table!!!!!.... i ended up with two .... its a bit dusty as it has been storage away for a while.. but in GREAT condition.. this will be pick up only Melb area..... $50..................

and now on to the FUN bit... i also found.....

I have 3 of each of the foam stamps and cd-rom.. they where free on SM a few months back....

the first guys to email me will get these for FREE... now that's a bargain and i will also COVER POSTAGE.. ( only on these two items) as a little xmas gift to you!!!!

Can't think of a TITLE!!!

Sad....hay....

Anyway not much has happened this week.. been resting up a bit and just catching up on all the housework since the party!!! But... i have done some scrapping... of course!!!

I popped into Arty Pants this week as it has been sooo long since i popped by and i must say the shop is looking FANTASTIC!!! and Jodie is just glowing... HI girls!!!!!

I also dropped by Paper Doll in Frankston and got to catch up with Wendy, Leanne and Will... HI girls.. what a great morning...lol.... I also have entered Paper Dolls under $10 challenge....

Here's my entry... this layout cost me $8.20 pretty proud of my self......

I also booked into another Kim Archer class last week but was unable to take part so i completed the layout today from Kim's handouts.......

I'm so NOT happy with this school one... for some reason i have trouble doing school theme layouts... so i keeped this one simple.. main thing is its done for Keenan's album......

PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!

WOW... What a weekend! And what a FANTASTIC weekend.... Busy too... Saturday I was running around like a mad woman... Putting the final touches on the party, picking up the cake, the balloons and Keenan's golf... I was stuffed when I finally got home!... But then we where off to a party in Mornington.. My friend Jaki's birthday!!.. That was a GREAT night and the food... WOW!!!.. We had a early one so we could be fresh for Jorja's party on Sunday!!!
Sunday.. I don't know how I got through the day... My Mum and friends Nic and Kylie where my life savers!!!!.. I wouldn't been able to do it all with out them!... We woke on Sunday morning to RAIN!! I was nearly in tears.... As I had a jumping castle booked for the day! With 20 kids coming I needed something to entertain them!.. Mr Jumping Castle man ( don't know his name LOL) showed up around 9 am and set the castle up in the rain... But he put a cover over the top so the kids could still Jump!!
After that.. CRAZY... Setting up.. Getting showered dressed (all three of them and me!) .. But we done it!!!! And the day turned out PERFECT.... The sun was out!!! It even got a little hot!! The kids where sweating in the castle as it had the cover on so I pulled out some water balloons.... And the fun began... Even the grown ups got in the action!!!
Everyone I invited showed up!!.. ( well nearly!!.. My brother and his kids couldn't make it.. Bit sad :( ...) so I had 33 adults and 20 kids.. Ageing from newborn to 16...WOW is all I can say.. And most off them are BOYS!!!... But they all had a ball on the castle!!!!
Jorja had a WONDERFUL day..... And she was spoilt rotten.. So many presents!!!!
Jorja had heaps of fun jumping in the caslte and then playing with all the other kids... Crawling after them...LOL....And she got so many cuddles and kisses from everyone!!!
she done really well..... She stayed up all day not wanting to have a nap just in case she missed out on something!! But by 8:30pm she was out like a light!!!
Keenan... I didn't see much of Keenan during the day... He was having to much fun to hang out with Mum...LOL...
All I can say is what a great day!... I even got to have a little drink!.. And for those of you who know me I even wore a DRESS...LOL...

Today is my baby Girls 1st birthday!!!!

Can you believe it... My sweet baby is now 1... How fast has this year gone... I still remember every detail that happened on this same day last year!.. Mark and I went down memory lane before he went to work this morning (very early!!!)
I am not sad ...I hope I don't sound sad.. It just amazing just how fast they do grow.. And I thank god that I am able to stay home with my kiddies so I don't miss a thing!!!!
Jorja doesn't have a clue what today is.. But Keenan and I have been singing happy birthday to her all morning...LOL.. And she just claps along with us.....
So today's post is all about my princess!!!!........( I have heaps to share maybe tomorrow!!)

Tonight we are going to have a little celebration just the four off us and then on Sunday is ..............Jorja's big party!!! I cant wait... Still so much to do but I LOVE doing it!!!!

Hello everyone!!.... Life has been pretty boring the last few days... Not getting any sleep..Cause poor Jorja is up all night .. She sick.. Got chicken pox and has a third tooth coming though!!!.. My poor little baby!!!.. Her chicken pox is only very mild...All her spots have stayed on her belly and back.. But that means she may get them again!!!!... Keenan is still spot free.. Thank god!!!
Any way.. Been scrapping a fair bit... So here goes!!!....
